The Ladies Pouch pant has a sewn in Internal Pouch which has a waterproof liner built in. Works in conjunction with our disposable pads and washable Pads. Pads upto 40cm x 12cm will fit into the pouch. These pads are available to buy with us. Made from high quality 100% Cotton fabric and decorative elesticated wasitband it gives comfort and security all in one.
