Sam O’Regan – P&S Healthcare Ltd
Most Innovate Business

SAM O'Regan, managing director of P&S Healthcare in Hucknall, has won the Most Innovative Business category in the East Midlands at the East Midlands Women of Worth Awards.
Established five years ago, P&S produces a wide range of high quality incontinence products and garments for men, women and children, all designed and manufactured at its facility in Hucknall.
She set up her business after identifying that there was a gap in the market for underwear that looked and felt normal, but provided the protection needed by incontinence sufferers.
The business now employs 21 people at its facility in Hucknall and is looking to expand still further.
Mrs  O'Regan said: "I have worked hard to get my company off the ground and I feel that I have succeeded in what I set out to accomplish.
"Being recognised for these achievements by winning this award drives me to continue to provide high quality products that make a difference to people's lives."

John O'Reilly, East Midlands Development Agency's business support director, said: "There are lots of very successful women in business across the East Midlands. The Women of Worth Awards give us the opportunity to recognise the contributions that business women have made and will hopefully encourage other women who may be thinking about setting up their own businesses to become entrepreneurs."
The Women of Worth Awards were the culmination of this year's Women in Business Conference,
